Sun Country Tees is growing fast, both in the number of customers and in the scope and ambition of what we are trying to accomplish. In some cases, this has had an impact on the performance of the service, and we’re working hard to correct that going forward. Here’s a quick look behind the curtain at some of the things we’ve been up to:

• 6-15-08 New embroidery equipment has increased our production capacity by one third.
• 6-24-08 We’ve added special effects printing to our line-up. We now have the capability to produce high quality specialty t-shirts, much like you see in major retail chains & fashion clothing stores.
• 6-30-08 We’ve revamped our film and screen making process to produce higher quality prints.
• 7-18-08 The addition of a paperless customer and job management system will reduce errors and speed up workflow.

What to expect in the future: Soon we will be offering a 3-day rush service for both embroidery and screen printing. Our goal of a standard 5-7 day turnaround is not far off either. Stay tuned for more details.
